1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 133bet platform and all services operated under it. 133bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bangla and English for users in Bangladesh.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Responsibility

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

133bet may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Evidence of fraud or deception.
Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Using bots or automated software.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

133bet offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: if the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 is received, the wagering requirement will be ৳8,000 × 25 = ৳2,00,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
Once a bonus has been claimed, the deposit cannot be returned.
Certain games or bet types may not count toward bonus wagering — this will be stated in the offer where applicable.
Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraud or multiple accounts will result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Cashback

133bet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. 133bet's decision on whether to accept a bet is final. If incorrect odds or payouts occur due to a technical error, 133bet reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed before an event begins are not subject to live betting rules.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet may be voided — the decision will be made in accordance with the rules for that specific sport.
In a multi-bet, if even one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is voided.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

Each game's own rules and RTP information can be found in the game interface. The game provider's own rules (such as those of PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Evolution) also apply. In the case of an incomplete game round due to a technical interruption, the system log will serve as the final record.

6.4 Restrictions

If unusual betting patterns, attempts to exploit bonuses, or attempts to take advantage of system weaknesses are detected, 133bet may adjust betting limits or suspend the account.

7. User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the 133bet platform:

Harassing or disrespecting other users or 133bet staff.

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using bots, hacking tools, or automated software.
Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
